The Primary moto of the College is to develop high morals, principles, ethics, good national character and to provide good culture amongst the students, so that students can achieve high success in their life and what ever venture they are taking up. Towards this the Managing Committee of the College was always keen and approchable.

We as the Managing Committee of the College has always tried our level best to provide full support and platform to the students so that they can perform their best. The college gives full attention which is helpful for the both physical and mental development of the student. The culture of the College is quite spritual and supportive for the entire enhancement of the students.

On the other side, as the Uttarakhand state is a new developing state, so the Education department of the state govt. has taken a lots of initiatives to the upliftment of education in the remote and as well as in the urban areas. Therefore, Teachers Training Programme has to be developed in the state. Roorkee City is a very renowned city in itself for its popularity in education in the world.

The infrastructure of the college is quite supportive and it could be of immense use for the sake of the students. The faculty members of the college are highly qualified and experienced. We always enforce our faculty members to provide valuable education.

The College also publishes its annual magzine named "Sanskriti" which is highly illustrated and contains a lots of articles on different topics and provides a useful and innovative thoughts among the students.
